Returns and Exchanges

We put every effort into ensuring that our products are second to none. However If you are not entirely satisfied with your order we are happy to provide a refund within 14 days of receipt. Returns must be unused and in a re-salable condition with the 9 Two 5 Fit ticket and all tags still attached. Delivery charges are non refundable. Please also provide proof of purchase, for example a delivery note or paper copy of a confirmation email. Contact us at Service@9two5fit.com if you wish to organize a return.

Please note our customer service hours are Monday through Friday 10 am to 6 pm. All inquires will be answered during business hours.

925 fit is NOT responsible for duties and taxes. In the event that your order will be returned for non payment of duties and taxes, we will not be able to refund the order.

If requested, we provide a USPS label to be applied to your return package.

Please note, $5.00 will be deducted from your refund if your USPS label is used. Should you choose not to use our provided label, you may return using any other secure shipping carrier method, but we cannot accept liability.
