DOMESTIC RETURNS (WITHIN THE USA)

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it. Refunds will be processed within 10 to 14 days.

If requested, we provide a USPS label to be applied to your return package.

PLEASE NOTE - $5.00 will be deducted from your refund if your USPS label is used. Should you choose not to use our provided label, you may return using any other secure shipping carrier method, in that case, we cannot accept liability.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE FOLLOWING IS INCLUDED WITH YOUR RETURN:

  • Item(s) returned new, unused with all garment tags attached, hygiene sticker, in provided polybag 
  • Invoice provided with order
  • Returns that do not meet our policy will not be refunded
  • All Sale items, and promotional orders are final sale
  • Items must be in its original condition, no body lotion, deodorant, make up, and animal hair

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For International returns, same policy as domestic returns apply, with the following exception:
We do not supply a return label. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges, including customs duty charges when applicable.

IS THERE AN EXCHANGE POLICY?

For efficiency, we do not have an exchange policy in place. Simply return your order for a refund and place a new order.
